If you believe your order is eligible, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date at info@hikertreats.com. To help us review your request, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the next steps. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method when applicable.
Please note that we do not guarantee refunds or returns for issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or incorrect sizing choices. Because many items are made to order, returns for buyer’s remorse or change-of-mind purchases may not be accepted unless otherwise stated.
